Terms & Conditions

1. Booking & Confirmation
A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of the agreed advance payment and a signed service agreement. Menu selections and guest counts must be finalized as per the timeline agreed at booking.
2. Guest Count & Final Headcount
Final guest count must be confirmed at least 7 days prior to the event. Billing is based on the higher of the confirmed count or actual attendance, subject to the terms of your service agreement.
3. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations made more than 30 days before the event are eligible for a partial refund of the advance, less any costs already incurred. Cancellations within 30 days may forfeit the advance payment.
4. Menu Changes
Menu changes are accepted up to 14 days before the event, subject to ingredient availability. Changes requested closer to the event date may incur additional charges.
5. Liability
Arwa Catering & Event Management maintains food safety and hygiene standards in line with FSSAI regulations. Liability for third-party vendors (venue, photography, etc.) rests with the respective vendor.
6. Force Majeure
Neither party shall be liable for delays or failures due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, government restrictions, or extreme weather.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction in Hyderabad, Telangana.
